Dana Vajen Habig  //  industrial design + illustration

Welcome to my site, and thank you for visiting!

I am Dana Vajen Habig, an industrial designer with just over four years of professional experience.  I am currently located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but I hope to make Cincinnati my home in the near future.

I attended the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design in June, 2006.  While attending UC, I participated in the Cooperative Education Program (Co-op), which combines traditional classroom learning with practical work experience in a professional setting.  This gave me the opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience when I completed co-ops at Hasbro Toys, Nike, and Astro Studios.

After graduating from UC and moving to Minneapolis, I spent a year as a Contract Industrial Designer at 3M, working in SEMS, an internal resources group.  I began in my current position as an Industrial Designer at Logic PD (formerly Polivka_Logan) in 2008, and have enjoyed working and learning there.  Please see my resume for more details about my professional experience.
